This website is part of a federally-funded multi-year project to analyze trends in IT adoption in nursing home facilities across the nation and how IT adoption is related to quality of care using nationally reported nursing home quality measures.
Your facility's participation in the IT Sophistication Survey is essential to develop a comprehensive database about the current status of health information systems and technologies used in nursing homes. This data will be used to develop estimates of the range and distribution of IT sophistication in nursing homes nationally.
